Milk Tea Tech is an online programming school. We offer classes and tutoring in programming and related fields, such as devops and project management. Our classes aim to provide a similar level of knowledge as an undergraduate degree at a fraction of the price.
We strive to provide a high-quality, personal service to all of our clients, whether they’re working with one of our experienced tutors, taking one of our classes, or seeking out consulting on their projects. We believe that learning tech can be fun, rewarding, and empowering.
We’re proud to serve diverse clients around the world. All of our tutors go through a rigorous interview process to make sure their technical and teaching skills meet our standards, and we aim to keep our technical knowledge and skills up to date with current industry standards.

Frank Davies
Founder / Director
Frank grew up in a house surrounded by computers, and as a child loved playing Super Smash Bros and reading. He learned how to program by writing text adventure games at the age of 12 and studied technology's impact on society in college, then worked in several startups in London. With 7 years experience as a professional developer, technical consultant, and teacher, Frank has a special interest in teaching with, through, and about a range of technologies. He also enjoys cooking and long bike rides.
